As an art teacher, I'm constantly searching out art activities for my students to do and I have compiled quite a list of projects that I simply adore and think others will too. I sometimes feel that the hardest part of gift giving is the hunting, the idea, the know-how, the "will they like it?". So, this blog collects into nice little posts craft projects that are simple and pretty fun (and absolutely everyone can do). I offer ideas to make the gifts personal, too, if you want that extra special touch.
... for the Season~
I think that it's easy to get lost in the crazy colors, brilliant sounds, exciting smells and hustle and bustle of the holidays. Somewhere along the way, society seems to have replaced CHRISTmas with GIFTmas.
Every year, I try to take the time to make one gift for each of the people on my list. Sometimes it's personal, sometimes it's nostalgic, and sometimes it's cute and funny. Most of the things in the next twenty-four days are things I've made for others so if you have a question or comment, please don't hesitate to ask!
